INTRODUCTION

There were 769 million pieces offurniture have been manufactured in 2015 in national wide; which included over370 pieces of metal furniture, and the output of wooden furniture decrease from263 million pieces to 253 million pieces from 2014-2015, the YoY growth ratewas about 9% drop.Guangdongprovince was the major manufacture province that has outputted 51 millionpieces of wooden furniture in 2015.

The accumulated value of importedand exported furniture was about RMB94 billion in Jan-Jul, 2015, the YoY growthrate was about 2.04%. Based on National Bureau of Statistics, the accumulatedrevenue of above scale companies was over RMB780 billion in 2015, the profitwas over RMB50 billion.

There are 9 listed companies infurniture manufacture industry inChina; the 9 listed companies havebeen made over RMB17 billion in revenue totally, and the total marketcapitalization has reached over RMB33 billion. GuangdongYihua Timber Industry Company was the one with the largest marketcapitalization, and it has made most revenue among 9 listed companies.
