INTRODUCTION

Chinais the largestnonferrous metal production country and consumption country; however, a seriousdepression has impacted the nonferrous metal market which conducted the marketprice and market demand had significant drops since 2012. The depression gotworse in 2015, nonferrous industry profits have declined and many of thenonferrous mining companies have suffered financial deficit in worldwide.

There are 24 listedcompanies in nonferrous metal mining industry; some of the companies have triedto transform their business model, e.g. Chengtun Mining Group Company. Chengtun Mining Group Company has successfully integratedInternet+ concept into its business model; the metal industrial chain financialbusiness gross profit has reached RMB223 million, which was 584.45% growth. Basedon National Bureau of Statistics, the accumulated revenue of above scalecompanies was over RMB608 billion in 2015, the profit was over RMB45 billion.

In China, the major 10nonferrous metals output have surpassed 50 million tonnes which account foralmost half of the output of global market; the aluminum output was about 32million tonnes, and LME copper output was about 8 million tonnes. In domesticmarket, the average market price of copper was about RMB41 thousand per ton, whichis 16% drop compare to preceding year; the average market price of aluminum wasabout RMB12.2 thousand per ton with 9% YoY drop in 2015; the market prices canbarely cover the production cost.
